Bio

Zolton was formerly the editor of Australian street magazine, STU, before moving onto senior editing roles at Pulp (NZ) and Yen (Australia). He was the Managing Editor at Australian music magazine, Hotpress, and the Managing Editor, creative director, and co-founder of Australian pop culture magazine, Riot. He spent many misspent years in between as a guitarist/songwriter with rock bands Lucid and Jetstream. He moved to New York in August 2006 to take up the position of Global Managing Editor at Flavorpill.com. In 2007, in conjunction with his brother Zac, he left Flavorpill to set-up Conversant Media, which now publishes the websites LostAtEMinor.com and theroar.com.au. Zolton was named on the 2009 Creative Catalysts list of 100 inspirational and innovative Sydneysiders who have made a unique contribution to the city’s creative culture.
