Bio

Allison Crow is a professional trainer, facilitator, and coach, who specializes in how thinking impacts behavior. She uniquely employs both large-scale and digital communication visual thinking methods in her work. Allison earned a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.

Early in her teaching career, she was a pioneer in the use of visuals and technology with elementary and middle school students. This launched her quickly into education technology. Her drive for continuous learning and expansion eventually led Allison to performance coaching and training in the sales industry.

In 2009 she successfully launched Crow Hill Conversations, a visual thinking company providing group and individual training and facilitation services for audiences worldwide. She has been hired by Dell, Shell Energy, MAPS Coaching, Educational Alliance Advancement, Keller Williams Reality International, and various non-profits to demonstrate the value of visual thinking in learning situations.

Her current studies include advanced coaching skills, neuroscience, leadership, and personal transformation. Allison is also in the process of completing a certification program for graphic coaching.

Personally, Allison has been attracted to conversations on authenticity, personal transformation, relationships, communication, personal growth, and the power of our thoughts and intentions for over 18 years. After a childhood full of art, she put down her markers for more “business-like” endeavors. On a constant journey of transformation, she revisited the gifts and Spirit that were so free-to-be in her as a child. Today, she chooses to live in the fullness of her Spirit, and to contribute to others through powerful conversations often enhanced with visuals. The energy in her Spirit overflows in to her work and life and deeply into each of these conversations. Her heart desires that individuals understand the power and gifts of their thoughts…their inner Spirit….and to know from within, that possibility thinking leads to the life of your dreams.

When she is not doodling, reading, coaching, or facilitating, Allison spends her time with her family, dogs, and friends and can often be found on the lake or beach enjoying the water and sun in the company of those she enjoys the most.
