That's right we're busting at the seams at Link Coworking so we decided it was time for an additional 3500 sq feet at the Village. On our two year anniversary we will more than double in size - BAM! We have noticed that people wanted things we didn't offer—closed door offices, dedicated desk space and 24X7 access. Link Too has it all! Link Coworking will remain as is in it's current awesome state but now we will have more to offer our community. Thanks to Austin for supporting Link and helping it make what it is today!

At Link Too we have 20 dedicated desks and 10 private offices available for month to month or annual rental.

Dedicated Desk

Rates and Deposits

• $400 for your chair. Return a dirty chair and you get to keep it and I buy a new one. Give me back a clean chair and you get your money back!
• $200 start up fee if you're not already a member of Link Coworking
• $300 a month with a one year commitment
• $350 a month to month with no commitment
• Credit card only method of payment accepted

Private Office Space

Blue plan (Four offices available, approximately 90 square feet each)

• Up to two desks supplied
• Furnished with locking cabinet
• Glass door with lock
• $1000 a month with a one year commitment
• $1250 a month to month with no commitment
• $100 additional per month to add a third desk
• $1000 deposit

Yellow plan (Four offices available, approximately 115 square feet each)

• Up to two desks supplied
• Furnished with locking cabinet
• Glass door with lock
• $1200 a month with a one year commitment
• $1450 a month to month with no commitment
• $100 additional per month to add a third desk
• $1200 deposit

Corner Office (One office available, approximately 224 square feet)

• Up to four desks supplied
• Furnished with shelving
• Glass door with lock
• Window, corner office
• $2500 a month with a one year commitment
• $3000 a month to month with no commitment
• $100 additional per month for each additional desk
• $2500 deposit
